Floorcraft is provided by Kraussel Applications. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any subscription payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges; your workspace stays available until the end of the period you've paid for.
