Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Floorcraft (the "Service"), a CRM and instant-quote platform for concrete coating contractors. The Service is provided by Kraussel Applications ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are contracting with Kraussel Applications.

1. Accounts and authority

You must be of legal age and, if you sign up for a company, have authority to bind that company. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.

2. The Service

Floorcraft lets contractors manage leads, pricing rules, quotes, appointments, contracts and invoices, and offers a public quote portal for their customers. Estimates are rule-based and depend on the dimensions provided; they are preliminary and are not a substitute for an on-site assessment.

3. AI-assisted features

• Photo analysis may be inaccurate or incomplete. It does not measure square footage and must be reviewed by you before relying on it. It is not professional engineering or structural advice.
• You are responsible for the photos and content you or your customers upload, for having the rights to them, and for how you use any output.
• You may not use AI features to create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or attempt to bypass their safeguards. We may filter outputs, remove content or restrict access to enforce this.
• Rights-holders can report infringing content to us; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud, spam or unsolicited messaging; infringing intellectual property; uploading malware; probing, scraping or interfering with its security; reverse engineering it; reselling or redistributing it; or circumventing usage limits.

5. Licence and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your plan. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

The Service costs $199/month (Standard, up to 3 team members) or $250/month (Unlimited) per company after a 2-day free trial, as described on our Pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; after cancellation access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Unpaid workspaces are locked until a subscription is active. When your account ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, and disputes will be resolved in its courts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
